These cards are broken into three positions: the starter, closer, and sanitor. Each team member is responsible for specific cleaning tasks to ensure nothing gets missed. Don't have a team of three? Don't worry, use the cards on your own or with a team of two just as easily. Begin with sanitor, follow with starter, and end with closer tasks. 

The back of each card also lists all the chemical and equipment needed to complete the listed tasks.
